These Terms of Use govern the purchase of and access to the online courses, digital content, downloadable resources, student community, and related services offered by KNINcustom (“KNINcustom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing a course, creating an account, or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Course Access

After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course through the learning platform used by KNINcustom.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course sales page, your purchase provides lifetime access to the purchased course for as long as the course and platform remain reasonably available.

Course access is personal and intended exclusively for the individual or organization that purchased it.

2. Personal Use and Account Sharing

Your course account and access credentials are personal.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, transfer, publish, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise provide third parties with access to the course or its materials without prior written permission from KNINcustom.

KNINcustom reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing, redistribution, piracy, or other misuse of the course materials.

3. Intellectual Property

All course videos, lessons, exercises, technical drawings, downloadable files, written materials, images, designs, challenges, and other educational resources provided by KNINcustom are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the educational materials for learning purposes.

Ownership of the course content and associated intellectual property is not transferred to you.

You may use the skills and knowledge acquired through the course for personal or professional projects. However, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit the course materials themselves.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

KNINcustom offers a 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase.

During this period, you may request a 100% refund of the amount paid without having to provide a reason.

There is no course-consumption limit attached to this commercial guarantee. Accessing or viewing course lessons during these seven days does not, by itself, prevent you from requesting a refund under the KNINcustom 7-day guarantee.

You may request a refund through the available mechanisms on the course platform or by contacting KNINcustom through the contact form on our website or at knin3d@gmail.com.

We may optionally ask why you decided to request a refund so that we can improve the course, but providing a reason is not required to receive a refund under this guarantee.

5. Access After a Refund

Once a refund has been processed, your access to the purchased course will be permanently cancelled.

Access to associated benefits will also be cancelled, including the private Telegram student community, downloadable resources and other materials or services provided exclusively to enrolled students.

You must stop using and distributing any course materials after your access has been terminated.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the payment system used for the original purchase.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment platform, payment method and financial institution involved.

KNINcustom does not control banking or payment-processing times after a refund has been issued.

7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Consumers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately and not provided on a tangible medium, applicable consumer law may provide for the loss of that statutory withdrawal right once supply has begun, provided that all legally required conditions have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation.

The 7-day money-back guarantee offered by KNINcustom is a separate commercial guarantee and does not replace or restrict any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to the purchaser.

8. Private Student Community

Where included with the course, students may receive access to a private KNINcustom community, currently provided through Telegram.

The community is intended for course-related questions, projects, challenges, learning discussions and interaction with other students and KNINcustom.

Users must communicate respectfully and must not use the community for spam, unauthorized advertising, harassment, illegal activities, distribution of course materials or other inappropriate conduct.

KNINcustom reserves the right to remove users from the community in cases of serious or repeated misuse.

9. Course Updates

KNINcustom may update, improve, reorganize, replace or expand lessons and course materials over time in order to keep the training useful and up to date.

The exact structure, number of lessons, projects, downloadable resources and presentation of the course may therefore evolve.

Such updates do not affect access to the course for existing students unless otherwise expressly stated.

10. Educational Results

The course is designed to teach 3D design and related skills through lessons, exercises and practical projects.

However, individual results depend on factors such as the student's effort, practice, previous experience and application of the material.

KNINcustom does not guarantee any particular professional, employment, financial or business outcome as a result of completing the course.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Software

Some parts of the course experience may depend on third-party services or software, including the course hosting platform, Telegram, Autodesk Fusion and payment providers.

These third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability, technical requirements and privacy policies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a KNINcustom course does not include paid third-party software licenses.

12. Availability of the Course

KNINcustom will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased courses and associated materials.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, KNINcustom will work to restore access as soon as practicable.

13. Businesses and Professional Purchasers

KNINcustom courses may be purchased by individuals, professionals and businesses.

The 7-day commercial money-back guarantee described in these Terms applies unless different conditions have been expressly agreed for a particular purchase.

Statutory rights specifically granted to consumers apply only where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under the applicable legislation.

14. Changes to These Terms

KNINcustom may update these Terms of Use when necessary due to changes in the course, services, platforms, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory legal rights already acquired by customers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply according to the purchaser's country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
